Cancellation Policy

hartbeespoortonline.co.za cancellation policy is as follows:

Outstanding balance for your suite is to be paid on arrival at the guesthouse and full payment is to be paid 10 days before the cruise. Should you cancel 14 days or less before arrival or boat cruise, on day of arrival or boat cruise, during your stay, no show, full payment is due, ie you have forfeited your deposit and the balance is due

Should you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during your stay, no show, full payment is due. ie. you have forfeited your deposit and the balance is due.

Should you cancel 15 - 30 days before date of arrival: Your full 50% deposit is forefeited.

Should you cancel 31 days prior to your arrival date a 25% administration cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit paid.
No postponements to confirmed bookings will be allowed.

Leaving any of our guesthouses, lodges early before checkout date there will be no refunds whatsoever.

Spa massages conditions.

Late arrivals for spa treatments time will be taken off the 60min treatment time. Your are to be in your suite 15min prior to your appointment for the ladies to set up.
No swapping of massage appointments, allocated suites bookings are for those specified guests only.
